Consigning your larger items with Smarty Pants is easy.
It supports local business, and gives your neighbors an
opportunity to buy gently used baby items at a great price!

Smarty Pants will price and place your items in store for
30 days. If after 30 days your items remain unsold, the
consignor will be required to retrieve them, or reduce the
price and attempt to sell for another 30 days.

Please check your items for defects, damage and that they
do not appear on www.Recalls.gov list of recalled products.

Consignor will be contacted when item is sold, or at 30 days,
whichever comes first.

Smarty Pants will pay consignor 65% of item's final sale price. 


Tips for consigning items with Smarty Pants:
*Bring your items clean, and free of defects or damage. Items are subject to a $5 charge if they require
 cleaning in excess of a wipe-down.
*Items such as cribs and furniture are subject to a $5 charge if they require in-store assembly.
 It is recommended that items be assembled for a successful sale.
*Items that require batteries will be tested, and rejected if found to be not working.
*By law, Items that have been recalled cannot be sold. For safety, please check www.Recalls.gov
 for your item before attempting to consign or sell.
